Happy Customer!

My first purchase with ElevateStyles was was perfect with delivery and product. My second took a little longer for delivery, but my product once again was nice. After talking with Customer Service he reassured me that it was on its way. I received it in great condition. The gentleman that I have spoken to Customer Service in the past and he has always been pleasant and accommodating. I will continue to shop ElevateStyles.
I have purchased from several online companies online and have been very disappointed with Customer Service & products.

Cute formal look

This one is cute and will look so great at a formal event. This is color honey butter and it's beautiful. I love it half up or twisted all the way up with a monster clip. Lace is perfect... wig cap is very large.

Never ever !!!!!

I ordered a wig since August 29.
It's September 12th and I still haven't received anything. I needed this wig for my sister's wedding. I contacted customer service twice who responded in a very unpleasant tone. I requested a refund so they ended up sending me a link for tracking the package which gives no information.
This was the first and last time I ordered from them.

Update 1
It is the 24th of september and the wig is not yet delivered! I paid 35 euros for a three day shipping!

Update 2:
The wig has been delivered the 26th of september. One month after the order.
