• In-Stock Items: Orders placed by 3 PM EST (Monday–Friday) ship the same business day. You can typically expect delivery within 2–3 business days.

  • Look for labels like "Same Day Ship" or "Fast Ship Favorites" for the speediest delivery!

• Sourcing Required: For items not currently in our immediate inventory, we source directly from our premium suppliers. Please allow an additional 3 business days for sourcing. Total delivery time for these items is generally 5–10 business days.

💡 Pro Tip: Want your hair by the weekend? Place your order by Sunday night. We’ll have most items ready to ship by Wednesday, meaning you’ll likely be unboxing your package by Friday or Saturday!

International Shipping

• Standard (First Class): Estimated delivery within 10–20 business days.

• Express: Our priority option with delivery within 7–15 business days.

How Do I Return an Item?

Returned items are inspected for condition upon receipt:

• A 20% restocking fee applies, which may increase if the item is not in pristine condition.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Items must be returned in brand-new, unworn, uncut, unaltered condition with all original packaging.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
