Seller chose the worse courier to deliver it which the delivery person delivered at the wrong address after pics were shared with me. This was for a scheduled event and I can confirm texting the seller more than ten times to help contact the delivery people to help quicken me getting my lost wig but she fails to reply for like a week. I text every single day, did not allow tracking for some reason and I also paid an extra protection fee and she is still not responding, worse customer service and make sure u look into relevant couriers not the ones with literally 98% lost parcels on their reviews
