Very disappointed in Elevate. Beshe hair color 2b is not as displayed on website. It is dark & more of 1b. Be aware they charge $9.99 shipping cost. If you decide to return a product, elevate charges a restocking fee ($8.99) along with a charge for a return label. I shared my disappointment & dissatisfaction and it was ignored. I will Never order from Elevate again! Wish I could rate a zero

I love this brand of hair. I’m usually quite pleased with the curl pattern from this brand but this is a hard pass for me. The curls remind me of when I was 11yrs old and my momma put rollers in my head before heading out to church. Love elevate styles though. Fast shipping, good pricing, great customer service. I will just stick with my go to’s from now on.
