I ordered this wig November 30th, it took 3 days to process, it wasn't shipped out until the 3rd, I did however received it on December 5th(my birthday). When I open the box, the wig did not look anything like it did on the model or on any of the review videos I watched, the wig was thick and wiry (rough). I tried working with it by trying to get it to look like the model or the videos, finger combing, brushing, flat ironing, immersing in water(to try to soften), attempting styling again, the texture remained the same, I did get good results.

I love this wig so much that I ordered another one to have when my other one gets old!! love it.. looks just like my hair and so easy to manage and maintain..

This wig was cut much shorter in the back on the nape, unlike the other two that I purchased which was the same unit, but different colors. I was very disappointed.

I love this wig, especially the color. This is the best wig I ever purchased.
