Candace Warner I spend around $1000 a month on wigs (Yes, I have a wig obsession). A majority of them are from Elevate Styles. I'm a new customer with Elevate Styles. My favorite part about this company is that they have such a wide selection and it is easy to navigate through their website. I find wigs that I can't find anywhere else. Provided NOTHING goes wrong, I always get my wigs in a timely fashion, and they always come brand new- stabled to the box (which is is really important to me). The problem is twice I have had an issue where they've canceled my order and wouldn't tell me why. They have a customer service number, but they NEVER answer. They don't even have a way to leave a message where they will call you back. Then if you email them, it may take a day or two and then they don't even answer all my questions. So lately I've been using Sam's Beauty and Ebony Line because they actually ANSWER their phones! But yet they don't have all the wigs I want. If Elevate Styles would ACTUALLY ANSWER THEIR PHONES I would be a very happy customer! But I'm afraid I will be switching my wig obsession ($$$$) to other companies unless there is a wig I cannot find anywhere else. Buyer beware of customer service problems. You will NEVER EVER get anyone to answer the phone. This company is not in China. It is in New Jersey. I can't believe a company from NEW JERSEY would not answer their phone or at least have an answering machine and return all calls. Problems that give me anxiety for a week could be solved with a 5-minute phone call to straighten things out, but nobody seems to care. I've asked them many times through emails why they won't answer their phone and they never respond. I hope things change because I really do like this company and all the products they have to offer. But unfortunately I have to go through hell and back if there is a problem because they won't answer their phone. It's really a simple fix. Not sure why they won't have better customer service.
