Dr. Miracle's Daily Moisturizing Gro Oil 4 Oz

I returned this item along with several packages of braiding hair that was one color on the website and another color in person. Before ordering I reached out to ES by text asking them to send me a picture of the color but they did not respond. I took a chance and ordered the hair as my hair appt was the following week. Once received I saw the hair I sent it back for a refund after which tracking shows elevate styles received 8/9 today is 8/14. I’ve reached out to ES for an update on my refund by email phone and text NO RESPONSE which is unacceptable and very UNPROFESSIONAL! I have orders from ES in the past and left great reviews never one negative until today. I AM A VERY UNHAPPY LONG TIME CUSTOMER with my order and customer service which use to be very good. I was always able to call and speak with someone right away now all my calls texts and emails go unanswered. I DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR ORDER FROM ELEVATE STYLES AGAIN !!!!!!!!
