How long are your shipping times?

Shipping times can vary depending on item availability.

  • For in-stock items, we aim to process and ship orders on the same business day if placed before 4 PM. Delivery within the USA typically takes 2-3 business days.

  • For certain items that require additional time, you may see a message indicating "3 DAYS BEFORE SHIPPING." This means we will need 3 business days to source the item from our supplier before proceeding with our standard shipping process. For these items, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within the USA after placing your order.

For international orders:

  • First Class shipping requires 10-15 business days for processing and transit.
  • Express shipping takes 5-10 business days for processing and transit.

We carefully evaluate returned items to determine refund eligibility. Please note that a 20% restocking fee, and possibly a higher fee based on item condition, will apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be brand-new, unworn, uncut, and unaltered, with all original packaging. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt.
